Berlet, MD, FRCS(C), FAOA Dr. Gregory Berlet is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with subspeciality fellowship training in sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery. He is the Managing Partner of The Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Westerville, Ohio, where he is a consulting physician for the Columbus Blue Jackets NHL franchise and former Chief of the Division of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Ohio State’s College of Medicine. Dr. Berlet has authored more than 150 scientific publications and is the founding editor of Foot and Ankle Specialist, editor of Orthopedics Today, and Helio.com. He is an active member of the AAOS Council on Education, and previously served as the Chairman of the AOFAS Education Committee and board member of the AAOS Continuing Medical Education Committee.   Classes: **The Basics | Intermediate** #### Bryan Den Hartog, MD Dr. Bryan Den Hartog is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience and expertise specializing in complex cases involving lower extremities. He has a profound interest in education, which lead him to develop OREdMasters. Dr. Den Hartog is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and a AAOS and AOFAS Fellow. Since 2005 Dr. Den Hartog has been a reviewer for the official journal of AOFAS, Foot & Ankle International, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for AOFAS. #### Selene G. Parekh, MD, MBA, FAOA Dr. Selene Parekh (also known as the “Fantasy Doctor”) is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, with over 22 years of clinical experience, who is one of the the go-to experts for the multibillion-dollar fantasy sports industry. In 2009, Dr. Parekh joined the North Carolina Orthopaedic Clinic and Duke University, where he is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Parekh has been integrally involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. He has been involved with a development of innovative products ranging from Total ankle replacements to 3D printed solutions and more. #### Calvin J. Rushing, DPM Dr. Calvin J. Rushing is a fellowship-trained foot & ankle surgeon specializing in advanced reconstruction, including total ankle replacement, arthroscopic cartilage repair, deformity correction, minimally invasive surgery, sports injuries, and trauma at Dallas Orthopedic & Shoulder Institute, Sunnyvale, Texas.  Dr. Rushing is an avid researcher, educator, and innovator; he has been the primary author of more than 40 publications on several topics, including total ankle replacement, lateral ankle ligament reconstruction, mal-reduction of the ankle syndesmosis, and physician burnout.  He serves on committees for the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association, is the recipient of several awards and distinctions, and regularly speaks at national society meetings, webinars, and podcasts.  #### Robert Santrock, MD #### Robert Santrock, MD Dr. Robert Santrock is a nationally known foot and ankle surgeon and respected researcher. Prior to joining the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center, Worthington, OH, in 2021, he spent ten years as the chief of Foot & Ankle Surgery in the Department of Orthopaedics at West Virginia University, as well as Associate Professor in the WVU School of Medicine. Dr. Santrock has a special interest in Hallux Valgus and is the co-inventor of the Lapiplasty® 3-D Bunion Correction System. His extensive research in this area has led to improved patient outcomes and expedited recovery. He is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. #### Derek Felici #### Derek Felici Derek Felici has been active in the medical device industry since 2014 when he began his career with Zimmer Biomet as a Foot and Ankle Specialist. During his six-year tenure in this position, he gained experience in foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and sports medicine and was recognized for achievements in these specialties where he won multiple awards.  Since 2016, Derek has been a co-founder of Progressive Medical Solutions, a medical device distributorship that brings innovative technologies to clinicians across the medical field through strong industry relationships. Derek’s active role in the industry and leadership push his team to thrive in the ever-changing medical device industry.  #### Sammy Short #### Sammy Short Sammy Short is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. Sammy has over 10 years of sales experience with leadership roles at manufacturers like Integra, Paragon 28, and CrossRoads Extremity Systems. During this time, Sammy has gained substantial OR experience in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, hand and foot arthroplasty, and complex wound care, making him a valuable asset to an OR team. Throughout his career, Sammy’s territories were ranked nationally for various sales achievements within his organizations.  Since 2015, Sammy has been a co-founder of Progressive Medical Solutions, a medical device distributorship that brings innovative technologies to clinicians across the medical field through strong industry relationships. Sammy’s leadership and vast sales experience drive an emphasis on continuously training the product specialists at Progressive Medical Solutions to ensure their organization is providing unparalleled service and knowledge to their customers. #### Dustin Walker Dustin Walker is a graduate of Ohio University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. As a registered nurse for more than 12 years, holding several positions and fulfilling various responsibilities. From 2011 – 2017, Dustin held RN positions specializing in foot and ankle surgery.   In 2017, Dustin joined Progressive Medical Solutions, a medical device distributorship, where he has advanced through numerous sales positions over the last 6 years. Since beginning his career in sales, Dustin has achieved his yearly sales quota each year. More remarkably, during his first two years at Progressive Medical Solutions he achieved top 10 in sales and grew his territory 200%. Today Dustin is a Senior Sales Specialist, where he continues to use his clinical experience and knowledge, from his time as an RN, to play a vital role on his surgeons’ teams as their sales representative. #### Jonathan Tave Jonathan Tave has more than 20 years of experience in medical device sales. He has held various positions concentrating on different specialties including, orthopedics, regenerative medicine, wound care, and soft tissue.   In 2011, Jonathan founded Tristate Biologics, a medical device distribution company focusing on evidence-based research and evaluation to actively partner with leading manufacturers to provide access to the latest advancements across different medical and surgical specialties.
